What are the delivery times? For all orders without personalization, delivery within mainland France is possible within 72 business hours. For personalization (engraving, gilding, or custom adjustments), please allow 4 to 7 business days, depending on workshop availability. We make every effort to meet the specific needs of your order.
Do you ship internationally? Yes. International shipping is available upon request. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and any applicable customs formalities. A shipping quote will be provided before you confirm your order.
Can the urns be personalized? Yes. Most pieces can be personalized to your liking: gilding, adding a name, a design, or initials... Personalization is offered within the technical constraints of each material. For a custom-made urn, personalization is complete from the beginning to the end of your project (colors, shape, material, etc.).
Do you offer bespoke services? Yes, Maison Dantès offers a bespoke design service. Each project receives a dedicated consultation, a personalized quote, and discreet support at every stage.
Are your pieces suitable for ceremonies? Yes. Maison Dantès creations were designed to accompany memorial ceremonies with understated elegance. They can be presented at civil, religious, or symbolic funerals, and displayed permanently in a place of remembrance.
How are the items presented? Each urn or memorial object is delivered in a box or case, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity. Items can also be displayed under a glass dome upon request.
Where are your pieces made? All our creations are handmade in France, in collaboration with carefully selected artisans renowned for their excellence: porcelain makers, gilders, feather workers, cabinetmakers...
